Elitron will be showcasing the latest in digital cutting workflow & CAD software at Simac in Milan, demonstrating how to achieve high productivity whilst reducing energy consumption by up to 50%!
Monte Urano, 28th July 2023 – Elitron is set to attract much attention at Simac 2023 in Milan, from 19th to 21st September in Hall 14 – Stand H20, demonstrating a wide range of cutting applications and workflows on both conveyor and fixed table cutting systems.
The latest news from Elitron is EPMS – Elitron Power Management System – which greatly reduces energy consumption, whilst guaranteeing the concentrated powerful vacuum hold of all materials during production. Looking to reduce energy consumption both internally and for our customers, from 2023 all Elitron systems now come with EPMS as standard. Drop by our stand to find out more about our sustainability outlook.
Elitron will also be showcasing the NEW compact Spark F cutting system, ideal for both prototypes and production for leather and synthetics, with a compact working area of 1200 x 1600mm. This system comes with 5 tools for maximum flexibility, so don’t miss seeing the super Spark in action if you’re looking for a compact cutting system.
Visitors will also be impressed to see the Kudos 2.0 conveyor cutting system in action, demonstrating high productivity using two cutting heads to precisely cut roll materials, leather hides, texon, fibrous cardboard, textiles and much more.
This production cutting system comes in two widths: 1600mm & 2000mm, with a total of 10 tools for non-stop cutting using blades, perforators, and punches.
The best-selling Booster cutting system will of course be taking center stage, with the most advanced camera recognition technology for printed materials and leather.
With two distinct working areas, Booster is a high productivity system with up to 7 tools for all your cutting jobs.
The Seeker System recognition technology – a sophisticated camera and software system – identifies printed reference points and uses these to synchronize and manage the cutting path with extreme precision, automatically.
Don’t miss seeing this innovative, patented technology to automatically cut your printed materials.
Elitron will also be demonstrating the CAD software for both Leather goods and Footwear, as well as highlighting the benefits and savings of optional automation and AR:
Stressless Working Technology uses hi-res video projection to project digital dies onto the material for either manual or automatic, precision Nesting on self-colored or patterned material to get the highest possible material yield. In addition, video projection also facilitates the removal of cut pieces to guide the operator for precise offloading.
With many different and innovation options, Elitron will guide you in selecting the best setup in terms of software, tooling and automation to optimise your production requirements today whilst ensuring you are ready for tomorrows challenges.
Let us demonstrate how your creativity can take shape!
See you soon at Simac: Hall 14, Stand H20.
