On Kombo TAV-R, all the innovative solutions patented by Elitron are working with the utmost synergy. The Seeker System automatically recognizes the images and reference points communicating to the cutting head what and where it has to operate while Airo Panel, a unique solution for automatically unload materials using a powerful suction panel, removes in one shot the processed material from the working area.
KOMBO TAV-R is the only cutting solution that comes with a completely motorised roller system, for a fully automated and integrated workflow. Thanks to the automatic material handling,logistics is simplified so thatthe material stack is directly carried to Kombo TAV-R ready to be processed. The automatic pallets management recovers the support from the loading area and moves it down the line to the unloading area in order to further boost production workflow optimisation.

Superplotter with integrated
Integrated loading system automates every single phase of the production process. The lifting platform has a maximum load of 4000 Kg. It speeds up and guarantees the smooth transport of materials from the pallet to the working area. Vertical movement of the sheets is fully automatic, so the operator is working in a safe environment. The system can handle multi-sheet loading and comes ready to install with a fully motorised roller loading system for complete automation.
Seeker System K3
Innovative software and vision system patented by Elitron. This dual camera system reads the underside of the sheets and recognizes the printed images. It detects the reference point position and loads the cutting files. The system can also resize the cutting file according to the images detected. All this is automatic.
Two Cutting Heads
Maximum productivity thanks to the two independent multi-tool cutting heads that simultaneously operate on the entire cutting area. Elitron’s TwinCut software balances and assigns the workload for each of the cutting heads thus optimizing the overall throughput time.
Innovative technology patented by Elitron specifically for unloading the processed material from the working area. Airo Panel is a powerful suction panel that moves the processed material to the unloading area and stacks it on the pallet.
Thanks to this patented technology, nicks are no longer needed with a dramatic improvement in the overall cutting quality. Scraps removal becomes an easy and is no longer a time consuming activity for the operator.
